We manufacture a broad range of cleaning chemicals, supply & service industrial cleaning equipment, commercial dishwashers and provide value-added products that support hygiene and sustainability in the workplace. Serving the Kitchener-Waterloo area for over 45 years.

Offering a variety of parts, Frank’s Maintenance Products Inc. can accommodate for all major brands of industrial floor machines. Our company supplies parts from major manufacturers such as; Clarke®, Advance, Nacecare, NSS, Powr-Flite, Cleanfix and our very own Chem-shop™ machine line-up. Pad holders, floor and hand wands, batteries, chargers, vacuum bags and belts and a wide range of other parts and machine accessories are also available.

Parts department hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am – 4:30pm
